Who AM I?

My name is David Raske. I am a mathematician living in Ypsilanti, Michigan. I studied the prescription of Q-curvature on closed Riemannian manifolds for several years, but eventually became more interested in vibrations in suspension bridges. This led to this paper, this paper, and this paper. (We also have the corrigenda for the first paper; it can be found here.) Then I encountered this result by H.C.Grunau and G. Sweers, and I became interested in elliptic PDE again. After several years of working on nonlinear hyperbolic partial differential equations, it is nice to work on elliptic differential equations again.
